At Pre & Post Natal Training with GETT Fitness my Pregnancy Pilates, Mum's & Bub's Pilates and Mumma's Functional Fitness Classes are designed to train your mind & body for the physicality's of everyday life with a new baby and children.
No two pregnancies are the same, no two births are the same and no two recoveries are the same which is why I make individual modifications as your body & posture changes, adapts & then recovers, catering for all stages of pregnancy & motherhood whilst ensuring the exercise are pelvic floor safe.
During pregnancy as your baby grows and your body adapts. The postural changes can, and do, have a big effect on everyday life. We can help train your body for this.
Preparing for Labour, which will be one of (if not the most) physically challenging events in a woman's life. We can help train your body for this.
As a new mum dealing with practicalities of everyday life with a new baby. The postures of feeding, getting up and down with your baby, lifting baby & baby related items in, on & out of things. We can help train your body for this.
Then as your baby gets older, heavier & more active, and your days involve lifting, pushing, pulling, & carrying items with a baby or toddler on your hip, most likely in awkward positions. We can help train your body for this.
Pre & Post Natal Fitness classes are fun, social, interactive & let's be honest, sometimes chaotic with little ones around. Even so, you will get a great workout in a supportive environment with likeminded mumma's or mumma's to be. Bub's & other siblings are absolutely welcome to join us at classes.
