This program is an up-to-date, inclusive, engaging, and positive childbirth education program. The course is especially designed to prepare modern mothers and their birth partners for a calm, empowering and positive birth experience regardless of the mode of birth.

I aim to make the classes informative, yet fun and engaging. Along with childbirth education I'll cover practical skills to help you through labour including relaxation scripts, breathwork, acupressure techniques, massage, visualizations, and more.
