Kangatraining Toowoomba

Kangatraining combines the physical benefits of safe exercise while baby wearing with the opportunity to socialise with other mums.

Kangatraining is a low impact, full body workout designed with the postnatal body in mind. You can begin Kangatraining as early as 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal delivery and 12 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a c-section.

We welcome mums of all fitness levels and babies of all ages. Our aim is for you is to have so much fun you won’t realise you’ve just done a workout. There’s also a high chance your bub will have a nice nap snuggling on you.
