I’m a Nutritionist and a Mum who is passionate about helping other Mummas. I take a very gentle nutrition approach. I’m all about Mummas ditching the mental load of food and diet culture while still caring for their health, themselves and their families. I help empower women and embrace the amazing person they are! I offer support to help you nutritionally with the most essential and foundational forms of self care, food, water, sleep and movement. Taking the overwhelm and confusion out of food and helping you nourish yourself and your family is my JAM!! I offer a safe space of compassion, education, empowerment and self care.
